City Developments Limited (CDL), part of the Hong Leong Group, is one of Singapore’s largest and longest-established property developers, with an international portfolio spanning residential, commercial and hospitality projects across more than 100 locations worldwide.

CDL emerged as the top bidder for the Peck Hay Road Government Land Sale site when the tender closed on 11 June 2026, at a land rate of S$1,865 psf ppr. The award is still pending; the official developer entity, project name and full specifications are to be confirmed.
